To make the background on the sentiment I simply stamped a piece of Whisper White cardstock with a clear block using Smoky Slate ink. The sentiment was embossed with black embossing powder.
I framed the Whisper White with a left over piece of Silver Foil Sheet. I'm so glad Stampin' Up!
