I haven't posted in quite a few days, not because I was preparing to get home, but because I pulled a muscle in my lower back. So, I haven't been too mobile and the pain is not joke. But I was able to get up and walk around today. I won't stress myself because I will be homebound in less than a week! Yippee….

Oh no Maggie….I hope you have a good physical therapist on base. On your long plane trip home….make sure to get up frequently too! You don’t want to stiffen up. Goodness…..I suffer with a bad back, osteo arthritis, DDD and 3 bulged disks. It’s horrible and so are muscle pulls. I try to do Pilates daily; but, can’t always make it thru them. Mother hen here, eh! =)
