Star light star bright, the first gold star I see tonight… yes, I made this up, but just look at the vibrant yellow golden stars in all their beauty right in front of your eyes. I’m mostly a white gold kind of girl, but the Fab Friday 50 crew’s card challenge was gold and Whisper White. I normally don’t do too many color challenges because as I’ve said before and I’ll say it again – I’m NOT crafty! But that’s what I love about card making, everyone Creates and Shares everything – LOL.
Now let me tell you how I put it together – I stamped the stars with Versamark and heat embossed it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss. I applied the rhinestones to give it that extra sparkle that every girl loves (diamonds truly are a girl’s best friend – LOL). I then stamped the BE MERRY on vellum paper and can you believe I adhered it with Crystal Effects!? I dabbed on a tiny bit of the glossy lacquer behind the stamped image and it worked perfect on the vellum! I’ve listed the items I’ve used below so that you too can replicate the card.
