Field Flowers and So Much More

There are great things going on right now… I am overwhelmed… in a very good way!  Many Airmen will find out if they will be promoting in the morning… in fact, by the time you read this, many of them will be celebrating – and I along with them!

Today is the last day to stock up and save on select Designer Series Paper.  It would be a shame if I didn’t tell you.  This is a limited-time offer to buy 3 and get 1 FREE!  Click here to get yours right now… don’t let this awesome deal pass you by.

The best thing going on, however, is the Big Shot give-a-way from me.  Place a Stampin’ Up! on-line order thru ME of $35 or more (before shipping & tax) between now and Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Noon, Pacific Time, and you will be entered into a drawing for a brand new Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine.

You’ll need to use a special Hostess Code to qualify (please see below).  Limit one entry per order.  This offer is exclusively through me.  If you need assistance using the hostess code, click here for step-by-step instructions.

Every order will also receive 12 sheets of FREE 6×6″ cubed designer series paper from the 2012-13 catalog from me!  So everyone is a winner!!!

Now on to the card.  The sketch is brought to you by Clean & Simple Stamping – Fall To Layout 251.  It’s a cute sketch and since I’m on a roll right now with challenges… I knew I just had to try it!

I’m still not sold on my color choice, but it’s still pleasing to the eyes… what do you think?  Is the color combo okay for your dreamy eyes?  LoL.

A Little Birdie Goes Tweet Tweet Tweet

My featured stamp set (For the Birds) wins my heart.  Why?  Because it is perfect for the beginner stamper.  It has seven different stamps to make your first creations with… from sending birthday wishes, tellin’ somebody you miss them, and even a Merry Christmas stamp!  This is a must have with your Starter Kit now!

I was lost in trying to use this very different paper pattern called International Bazaar.  I would never call it ugly, but I would say it gave me a little creative block (LoL).  I wanted to use my Adorning Accents Edgelits since buying them when they first came out and this was the perfect layout!

So I took the Daffodil Delight cardstock to help bring out the yellow in the Internation Bazzar Designer Series Paper and used the Adorning Accents Edgelits to frame the sides and the Beautiful Wings Embossilits for the butterflies.

Match your Designer Series Paper patters perfectly each time by using my handy dandy Coordinating Colors cheat sheet.  Feel free to print it and use it.  What better?  Sharing it with a friend.  Come on, share your secret and be a good friend.
