Laughter Feels Good

Feels Good

This sentiment also reminds me of saying, "Laughter is the best medicine."  Why?  Because laughter promotes endorphins that make us feel good.  After all, isn't that what medications make us feel?  Good?

Think about it, if you have a headache… you take Tylenol, Excedrin, etc. to take the pain away and make you feel better/good.  Well, laughter does he same thing.  If you agree, please leave a comment. LOL.

The envelope was made with the Envelope Punch Board and all I can say is I LOVE IT!  Hands down.  See how it works here.

Sketch Challenge

This simple, yet quick and easy sketch is brought to you by Freshly Made Sketches 105.  It's an awesome fix for when you have card sketch block… (like writer's block) LOL.  It is now my "go to" sketch when I need a quick and easy card.

Feels Good

Have you ever laughed so hard that you have to hold your stomach and you can't help but gasp for breath and feel the happy tears stream down your face?  I have and I love it because of the good feeling I get and the bond that brings me closer to the person/people I am laughing with. =)

  1. How did you get these squares lined up so straight? I’ve tried this and mine end up so crooked and uneven. Yours are perfect! I love your placement of the rhinestones! Very pretty card. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Oh, Hmmmm….I will have to try the laughter next time I have a head ache. Hmmmmm……I have never heard of this before.
