How much more simple can this cute little simple layout get? I cut out this very pretty and delicate Paper Doily Sizzlit (125592) when the Twitterpated Designer Series Paper (DSP) was first announced and shown to us. I just put it in my pile of “use it later” scraps and tonight I figured I should start using my scraps to make quick & easy cards.
The Old Olive button came from the Brights Designer Button (119747) and was added just to add a little simple dimension and depth to the lace. I fell a few weeks behind on my birthday cards and decided I would show you how to quickly throw a simple card together that had little bits of bright colors.

I added a peak of the Pretty Petites Stamp Set (C129642/W129639) that you could earn for FREE with any $50 purchase during Sale-A-Bration. If you buy $100 worth then you can get the complete bundle, which includes the Petite Curly Label Punch (129405). It comes with a total of EIGHT mini stamps, which if you think about it, translates to an additional EIGHT different cards.

A close up of the Paper Doily shows off it’s intricate cuts and fascinating twirls.
Blessings to you and thank you for stopping by. Be on the lookout for more Blog Candy this month. I’m fixin’ to clean out my stash of Stampin’ Up! paper.

I love the Twitterpated DSP and love what you did with it…lovely!
This is one of my favorite dies. It’s soooo pretty! I know it’s one of those that isn’t super-duper versatile but you can cut it down and make it look like a different diecut too. Unfortunately, my brain loves the unpractical. Go figure!
PS Maggie…I have a HUGE problem!!! The movers put my Big Shot in one of those boxes that’s probably labeled “garden hoses” and I cannot find it anywhere!!! I use that more than anything and I’m going insane trying to find it. Think positive thoughts for me, k?
