A Digital Christmas

OWH 195

I've heard some of you say, "Oh, My Digital Studio is too much for me to handle."  Well, I'm here to share a secret with you!  Use a sketch challenge to design your card… at least until you feel comfortable enough with designing your own.

Question of the Day:  Please comment below… Will you be sending handmade or store bought Christmas/Hanukkah cards?

OWH 1952

I used Operation Write Home's #195 card challenge because it comes with measurements!  Imagine that!  I can never get the paper sizes right to begin with and they are awesome for My Digital Studio beginners.

If you already have MDS and want this layout send me an email (maggie@maggiemadecards.com) with Digital Christmas in the subject line and I will email it to you in a flash.  Play with it, change the paper, just have fun with it!

Single Stamps Holiday Collection

The holidays will be here before you know it, and these holiday-themed single stamps may be just what the budget-conscious stamper needs.  There are eight different stamps to choose from, six of which coordinate with Framelits dies or punches.

  1. That’s so pretty , love it !!
    Never done MDS ,
Your day is almost here !!!!!

  2. Lovely card Maggie. You are getting real good with MDS. I might look into it next year. I love the background and flower paper designs. Very pretty! Love the doily with the rhinestones too! Great idea to start with the OWH sketches for sizing paper too.

I will be sending my hand made Christmas cards this year and I am working on them right now. Thanks for sharing! Have a great weekend!

  3. I will be sending handmade Christmas cards again this year. I have done so for the past couple of years. I think handmade cards are so much more personal.
